Звідки дані про наявність пального і ціни?
Наявність пального, ціни, ліміти «в одні руки» та черги надходять від самих водіїв — таких самих, як ви: хтось стоїть на заправці й позначає, що там зараз. Розташування, назви, бренди й адреси заправок беруться з відкритої бази OpenStreetMap та з відкритих даних мереж АЗС.
Чому на моїй АЗС немає даних або вони застаріли?
Отже, свіжих позначок від водіїв на цій АЗС давно не було. Якщо ви поруч або щойно заправилися — позначте ситуацію самі: це займе менше хвилини й допоможе всім навколо.
Що означають кольори на карті?
Зелений — пальне є. Жовтий — відпускають з обмеженнями (наприклад, є ліміт літрів на авто). Червоний — пального немає. Сірий — свіжих даних немає, поточна ситуація невідома.
Що за банер про обмеження в регіоні?
Коли в регіоні діють обмеження продажу пального — ліміт літрів в одні руки, заборона наливати в каністри — банер угорі екрана показує їх зведення для обраного регіону. Станом на зараз загальнонаціональних обмежень немає, тож банер зазвичай не зʼявляється; якщо ліміти повернуться, він увімкнеться без оновлення застосунку.
Позначки водіїв
Як позначити ситуацію на заправці?
Відкрийте потрібну АЗС на карті й натисніть «Позначити». Оберіть вид пального й позначте, чи воно є, — це обовʼязково. Ціна, ліміт на авто та черга зʼявляються там, де мають сенс: ліміт — якщо ви обрали «За лімітом», а ціна й черга — скрізь, крім «Немає». Заповнювати їх не обовʼязково.
Я бачу помилку в позначці (не та ціна; пальне є, а стоїть «немає»)
Спростуйте її одним дотиком: на картці АЗС під кожним видом пального є кнопки «Усе так» і «Уже немає» (або «Уже є», якщо пальне зʼявилося). Дотик надсилає вашу власну позначку, і картка одразу показує актуальний стан. Якщо треба уточнити ще й ціну, ліміт чи чергу — натисніть «Позначити» й заповніть форму: карта завжди показує найновіші дані.
Чому застосунок пише мені після маршруту?
Приблизно за 25 хвилин після того, як ви побудували маршрут до АЗС, ми запитуємо, чи налили. Відповісти можна одним дотиком просто зі сповіщення — застосунок навіть не відкриється. Якщо ви встигли позначити цю заправку самі, запитання не прийде. Вимкнути сповіщення — у Налаштуваннях iOS → Сповіщення.
Як додати заправку, якої немає?
Поки додати заправку прямо із застосунку не можна. Напишіть нам на php701@gmail.com адресу або координати — ми додамо її до бази.
Скільки це коштує
Застосунок платний? У чому підступ?
Застосунок безкоштовний, і підступу тут немає: реклами в ньому немає, підписки немає, вбудованих покупок немає — купити в застосунку нічого не можна. Показ реклами вимкнено ще на етапі складання застосунку, тож вона не може «увімкнутися» пізніше сама собою. Усі функції доступні одразу й однаково для всіх. Єдине, про що ми просимо, — позначати ситуацію на заправках, де ви буваєте: саме з цих позначок і складається карта. Якщо колись щось із цього зміниться, ми оновимо цю сторінку та Умови використання.
Конфіденційність і дані
Ви збираєте мої дані?
Реєстрації та акаунтів немає, позначки публікуються анонімно. Геолокація використовується лише щоб показати заправки поруч із вами. Подробиці — у Політиці конфіденційності.
Як видалити мої дані?
Позначки анонімні й не містять жодних ваших ідентифікаторів, тож «усіх моїх даних» окремим набором у базі просто не існує. Якщо треба видалити конкретну позначку — напишіть на php701@gmail.com, вкажіть заправку й приблизний час. Обране, налаштування й локальний кеш зберігаються лише на пристрої та зникають разом із застосунком.

Benzyn Poruch is a map of Ukrainian fuel stations: fuel availability, prices, limits and queues are reported by drivers themselves. Answers to common questions are below. If you can’t find a solution, just email us — we’ll help.
Map and data
Where do the fuel availability and price data come from?
Fuel availability, prices, per-car limits and queues come from drivers like you — someone standing at the station reports what is there right now. Station locations, names, brands, and addresses come from the open OpenStreetMap database and from the fuel networks’ public data.
Why is there no data for my station, or why is it outdated?
It means no driver has reported on that station recently. If you are nearby or have just filled up, submit a report yourself — it takes less than a minute and helps everyone around you.
What do the colors on the map mean?
Green — fuel is available. Yellow — sold with restrictions (for example, a per-car litre limit). Red — no fuel. Gray — no fresh data, current status unknown.
What is the regional restrictions banner?
When a region imposes fuel-sale restrictions — per-customer litre limits, a ban on filling jerrycans — the banner at the top of the screen summarizes them for the selected region. There are no nationwide restrictions at the moment, so the banner is usually absent; if limits return, it switches on without an app update.
Driver reports
How do I report the situation at a station?
Open the station on the map and tap «Позначити» (“Report”). Pick the fuel grade and mark whether it is available — those two are required. The price, the per-car limit, and the queue appear where they make sense: the limit only if you chose «За лімітом» (“rationed”), the price and the queue everywhere except «Немає» (“none left”). Filling them in is optional.
I see a wrong report (wrong price, or fuel is available but marked as out)
Refute it in one tap: on the station card, under each fuel grade, there are two buttons — «Усе так» (“still accurate”) and «Уже немає» (“it’s gone now”), or «Уже є» (“it’s back”) when the grade is marked as out. The tap submits a report of your own and the card immediately shows the current state. If you also want to correct the price, the limit, or the queue, tap «Позначити» (“Report”) and fill in the form: the map always shows the most recent data.
Why does the app message me after I request a route?
About 25 minutes after you request a route to a station, we ask whether you managed to fill up. You can answer in one tap straight from the notification — the app does not even open. If you have already reported that station yourself, the question is not sent. To turn notifications off: iOS Settings → Notifications.
How do I add a missing station?
Adding a station from within the app is not available yet. Email us the address or coordinates at php701@gmail.com and we’ll add it to the database.
What it costs
Is the app paid? What is the catch?
The app is free, and there is no catch: no advertising, no subscription, no in-app purchases — there is nothing to buy inside the app. Advertising is disabled at build time, so it cannot switch itself on later. Every feature is available to everyone from the start. The only thing we ask is that you report what you see at the stations you visit: those reports are what the map is made of. If any of this ever changes, we will update this page and the Terms of Use.
Privacy and data
Do you collect my data?
There is no registration and no account, and reports are published anonymously. Your location is used only to show stations near you. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my data?
Reports are anonymous and carry no identifier of yours, so there is no such thing as “all my data” as a separate set in the database. If you need a specific report deleted, email php701@gmail.com with the station and the approximate time. Favourites, settings, and the local cache live only on your device and are removed when you uninstall the app.
